Yep it's buggy!
Did your listing completely disappear into theirs or is your listing still complete and correct? What do you see when you click view my listing on maps from your dashboard?
Search maps by phone in this format (555) 222-3333. If the other listing comes up and yours does not they are merged and nothing you can do to fix it. You need to get G to unmerge them.

I have verified - Yes >> I have used report a problem - Yes >> then select one of the following options depending on situation.
If listing is still live but has someone else's info mixed in - Select top option - Listing data - THEN CLICK LINK bottom of page that says "use this form to specify correct business info"
If listing is gone because it's totally merged into the other listing, then select my listing is missing
Google will typically get back to you within a week or so but it can take a few weeks after that for the merge to resolve.
