I had trouble following your description as I have not seen a Place Page for an individual, or have forgotten what it looks like.

It is possible for multi-tenanted businesses to have one physical address and have separate listings, but they usually have different phone numbers. I don't like it, but a few crafty people use DID extensions to get the "additional" phone numbers, or an 800 number.
The phone number is a primary differentiator, not the address.
