I'm working with a client who has multiple Google Places (LBL) listings for the same address. They offer two distinct types of professional services, and have two separate websites to promote each. They now have one listing for each type of service, pointing to the appropriate website. They also have two more listings for individuals within the practice, again, all with the same physical address and phone number.
The listings related to the each of the two service types are claimed and showing in the dashboard. The listings for the individuals are not showing in the dashboard, although I'm sure we had previously claimed and edited them. Questions:
1) Is it true multiple listings with the same address is a negative? It's nice to have two listings related to the appropriate type of service offered.
2) If I claim the listings for the individuals, what is the chance that Google will see there is already a business listing for that address and remove them?
