Hello, I'd like to able to write information about local companies, somewhere online that allows search engines to find this info regionally and not by popularity.

For instance if someone in a city in Bolivia wanted to find frames, the search engine should find the nearest business that provides frames. Not a framing store in the US.

How do you write info so that it is found regionally by search engines?
