It sounds like you have a valid reason to have multiple listings in Google Maps, then ("valid" according to Google's Local Business Center rules, that is).

As others have found, you might find it challenging to accomplish the verification process Google has in place to establish that you should have owner priviledges for each location. If that's the case, you can sometimes establish owner verification for your main location, and then get approval to do a bulk upload of data for the other locations.

If you're a new business with these outlets all just opening, you should get listings in major yellow pages as well, to help establish that your business is "real" in Google's eyes.
