Yes im going to give it a try,

But im still wondering why we are doing perfect in .jo .bh . ae .eg ....etc, but not in ,kw and ,sa?!

All mentioned Google domains are targeting Arab world, each for a country, there is no mark that they are different in anything else than the country it self.

We don't even have back links from .jo or .eg but we are doing great too!

I would like to know what are Google using to determine this we page is considered related to that language!? since they are not using meta tags any more?!

I noticed recently that the higher number of visitors from a country, will strongly affect your SERP in that country google domain, so the idea is just to get our pages listed when i search for pages from Kuwait or Saudi, and we will rank for sure, at least we will show in results! then ranking become another issue.

Another thing here, can i Assign Geo-Targeting in WMT for a folder or a sub-domain? I'll go and try if i can. but if its possible it wont affect the website in total? since the whole website with no Geo-Targeting.
