At one of my own sites I sometimes get the site owner tell me that their information is wrong and could they get the login info to change it. This is usually the case where an SEO company submitted the original listing, so I can't share their login or get into an email trail, being a free directory. I just delete the entry and tell the owner to make their own submission.
