I just love the e-mails that say something like "My listing is wrong, please fix it." Yet they don't specify WHAT is wrong. Often they don't even list the company name or give any other specifics that can help you track down the listing.

Got one today asking to change her listed name. I asked what page she found it on (so we could make sure we updated the right listing). Her response was basically, "Oh, I looked up my name and found your site listed on Google. So it's there somewhere. You can use Google to find the page." Yeah, that's going to be a high priority fix.
