That's why I suggested SteadyState. It's made for PC's that will be out in the open like this, where potential attackers will have physical access to the hardware.
I didn't address it but webdoctor's first post in this thread brings up a very valid point. If someone has physical access to your Windows machine then your Admin account password can be obtained almost trivially. The cracking tools are freely available and easy to use. Setting up these different security level user accounts won't inhibit them at all.
