---- Is there a Wireless Zero Configuration issue on Vista SP1?

That article refers to an XP issue in 2004. Searching through the MSDN Library I see this:

Wireless Zero Configuration Reference [msdn.microsoft.com] (May need subscription to view)

[The Wireless Zero Configuration programming interface is available for use in Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). In Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, these APIs are not supported. The Native Wifi API provides similar functionality in Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) and later versions of the operating system. Wireless LAN API for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) provides similar functionality for Windows XP SP2. For more information, see About the Native Wifi API. Use the Native Wifi API whenever possible.]

Vista uses something called Native Wifi to accomplish the same.

Have you tried using the software included from Toshiba?
