On the server level Norton AntiVirus is not a bad option. I wouldn't put Symantec software on my workstations or PCs, but on the server they have a nice product.
A Windows server OS requires a different AV than your average desktop. Kaspersky does seem to have Enterprise versions of their software that work with Windows 2003 and 2008 servers.
