I think with the ability for Apple computers to now run most Windows applications through boot camp, the PC will have a tougher time to fight against Apple. I do not know what Dell, IBM, HP, etc will now do; unless they start to also offer an Apple flavored PC. I like Linux, really I do, but it has just to many incompatibiltiy issues for Windows programs. Yea, you can use WINE or another Windows emulator, but it is just too much to do with every setup and program. WINE is not the easiest to configure either. I tried WIN4LIN, and it is OK, but Windows moves very slow. With the ability of Apple computers (Macbook & Mac Pro) to run Windows programs, a lot of people will now start to migrate over to Apple. Their 2% marketshare will soon be much higher within the year. I see the writing on the wall. Chmn Gates should have bought Apple (and Google) when he had the chance.
