Are there any other major Windows components we can expe4ct to see upgraded before the release of Vista?

The install for WMP 11 is grinding away in the background right now, taking about a million times longer than any other media player on the planet, bloatfish all the way. Typical of an MS install, it's digging so deep into the OS that the monitors of have cut out a couple of times already.

And YES, of course, you can't install a piece of MS software without requiring a mandatory re-boot...
