Could it be a 120 DPI monitor?

The manual might say, but an easy way to test is to open Firefox, go to Fonts & Colors option in the Options screen, and select "Other" from the DPI menu. It'll pop up a little line that you measure with a ruler, which tells you what the DPI of your display is when you click OK.

If it is a 120 DPI display, go into Display Properties, then Advanced, and you can pick the DPI setting on the General tab.
