Yes, Isitreal, it does sound like that, although that's my guess. And yes, it is running fine on the dial up connection.

I had to clean up some driver files left over after all the ethernet card pulling and plugging but the dial up technical people helped with that. So yes, the dial up connection is once again fine and running normal.
