Rural Italy, can't get ADSL, paying around 400 US$ per month for what should be a 2 meg HDSL line. Eight fixed IP's. No cap, but, hey, why would there be when I have to pay for every meg of traffic, up and down? Still, it works.
I don't love these threads.
