well im looking up a macbook pro 13.3 and im assuming you are willing to spend $1100 for a notebook which is totally insane but ok.

here is something faster and bigger then both the HP and apple with a better price tag hanging on it.

$699 would be the max i would ever spend on a portable, other wise hit up IBMs referb section and pick youself up a nice thinkpad for a really great price!
