I bought a netbook last year. I rarely use it. I have an iPad too. I rarely use that (though my wife and kids use it all the time). I use my iPhone or I use my computer with a 22 inch monitor in my office.

Even when I travel, I find myself just using my iPhone for 99% of what I need to do. Plus it is easy to carry with me.

I thought I would love having a netbook, but I just for some reason prefer my tiny iPhone screen.
