Thats a very helpful link thankyou. I'm not sure how I can set the applications to manual though. Am I right in assuming when you click 'disable' (or uncheck them) they will be manual?

There are a lot of files in mine that aren't mentioned on that url. Seems my computer has been filled up with a lot of crap over time!

Thanks for your suggestion. I have only disabled a couple of things so far because I'm worried I'll disable something that is very important.

Any chance you know what any of these things do and whether I need them?
