Hi all,

I am considering buying a netbook and I have a couple of newbie questions that I thought could benefit everyone if asked here.

When looking at the specs I can see two types of storage figures for the same product (with big differences like 10Gig and 160Gig). What's that all about?

Considering using the netbook on the move and outside, what type of screen should I look for?

Using it mainly to access a remote server and use software on the server, will the OS I choose make any difference (Linux vs Win) - in terms of speed but also ease of use. Am a windows user, is linux hard to grasp?

Removable battery - a must?

Any other pitfall to avoid, things to look out for?

I like the ASUS brand and already have an ASUS laptop. Was thinking of going for an EEE Pc (probably the 1005HA-H). Any EEE Pc user here? Would you recommend it? (don't let this turn into a battle of the brands ;))
