I have a super high-end 17" laptop and a super mini low-end SSHD laptop for carrying around. Both are Dell.

I do not bother with desktops, so I prefer laptop and laptop.

You can carry laptops around, and if they do need servicing they are easier to unplug and carry to the shop. Plus they take up less space and can be easily hidden away if required. And, they work when you have a power cut! really useful at times.
