I agree, check into what the services include, in addition to reboots,
- are you getting an uptime service level agreement (SLA)?
- Do they monitor your site? and call you if it's down?
- when is their maintenance window (does that fit your schedule for downtime) in other words if they have a maintenance window that is 7:00 p.m. pacific time, and it's a high traffic time for you, will this effect your traffic/revenue.
- Ask for references from other folks who are serviced by them and call and check them.
Just some thoughts from my experience.
