why not just actually convert it from the .m4v to an .flv and then import it into CS4 ..

there are plenty of apps that let you convert any format to any other with no quailty loss and which are available as fully working trials for a few days ..

and IMO the best of them AVS wont cost you much ( for what it does ) if you buy it ..
