Page is a not externally linkable

I'm trying to validate my HTML pages but am having problems with the Flash quizzes I created. These were created using Adobe Captivate and they work fine, no problems. But I'm using a validator tool with FireFox and it says "<embed> is not approved by W3C". I've done some reading on the subject but can't really understand what I'm supposed to do. Hopefully someone here can shed some light (i hope). Here is the flash code in the HTML page: Any ideas? Tim
