You need to have someone on a different network try it..Do you have any friends in a different part of the country? so to me...that indicates a possible routing issue with their downstream provider...If the hosting is being honest.. try to ping the server, see what response times you get back...try it from "somewhere else" see if the times match or are close... it may be nothing you can control, if you can't figure out where the bottleneck is...you might try another hosting company if all else fails. yeah it's a problem to move, but you might just come out of it with better server response...unless it's YOUR internet provider throttling back... Both my client and I are using the same DSL provider My host is saying that the videos load fine with their connection, so there is no problem
Right...because they are right there with probably a local connection, so yeah it flies for them no surprise... Web traffic is plummeting and bounce rate is climbing.
