For a start don't try to go head to head with Google on a broad front unless you have money to burn.

Identify a niche and become strong there. You will probably need to pay some people to create good content for you and push the content (not the service) on social media with the additional advice that as its on your site it is also mobile friendly. Remember that becoming an overnight success takes a long time.
