---- Facebook unveils child safety App

Kids will usually outpace their parents with computers.

Could your grandad program the video or a mobile phone?

But his kids and grandkids can!

yes, but i don't get your point?

my point is that facebook doesn't allow kids under 13 to have accounts, but loads do, they learn to put a fake age in, so if you've got a fake age of 20, then what use is a 'children's' panic button, because as far as facebook knows you're not a child anyway.

also someone has to install the panic button app, i can't imagine a child doing so, what do they care, and their parents won't know anything about it.
