If they'd just ban everyone trending Justin Bieber the problem would be solved.

I built and automated a twitter account for my website. Suprisingly it generates some traffic but many I don't get the appeal. I created some lists where I follow people relevant to my interests but it's still just so much noise. I don't get how they continue to grow in popularity.
