There are social network reputation management companies around that crawl forums to detect comments. But webmasters tend to block them as they have badly behaved spiders and no webmaster wants to share their bandwidth with companies who want to use it to decide whether to sue them.

Best approach in my view would be to search for your company name within quotes in the major search engines.
