Page is a not externally linkable

I have tested on Firefox 1.5.0.6 over DSL (Windows XP) and IE 5 over dialup (Windows 98) and it does the same thing. I haven't come across any other website that gives me this problem.
I lose my connection to the network when I visit the site.
