minuses:
1. video on the right hand side - it should be on the left
2. url doesnt change when you pick a video

pluses:
1. love the tabs under the video - comments etc. clicking them doesnt force a reload of the whole page.

but as per usual , its Microsoft following where everyone else has blazed a trail - dont they *ever* come up with anything original considering the billions of $$$ they have.
