I believe MySpace has no culpability in this case. If you are not supervising your children, who is responsible? It's sorta like if they sneak off in your Corvette, wreck it and are killed because they lack the knowledge of operating that vehicle in a particular environment, do you sue GM? GM may have built the car. They did not create the situation.
Most of us have seen these girls who are under 18 years old on MySpace. It's quite pathetic. Some of the pictures these girls post on myspace are quite provocative. While they may be trying to entice the boy that sits next to them in class, they are also inviting the pervs on the internet to harass them. Not that there is justification for pervs to harass, but they do.
I would never let my child on myspace. Too much at risk.
