MySpace is certainly a lightning rod for problems in social networks. These suits are kind of worrisome. MySpace, and everyone else, is caught between trying to invade the privacy of their users (to verify age, identify problematic behavior that hasn't been reported, etc.) and getting sued every time something bad happens between two members.
