Hi, I run a fairly small forum and I am haing problems with a new spammer. He registered just to spam the boards with links that seem kinda "phishy" and he was deleted and banned but everytime we do this he returns with an IP spoofer and posts the same thing in the same spot over and over again. I'm using IPB btw.
