What advice would you give someone new to working on websites full time (15+ hours a day)?

Don't make this a solid commitment, even to yourself.

Instead, plan to work as much as you can while maintaining some balance between ....

1: actual site building,
2: time away from the computer to think through what you are building,
3: time to interact with other people (even if the site becomes the topic of discussion),
4: general recreation time.

You might still end up spending 15 hours a days on the site, but it won't be because of a commitment you end up being unable or unwilling to honor and that ends up dragging down your enthusiasm and vision for it.
