As this is UK (and I'm not) I am curious as to how the ISP will know who to notify of infringement, or disconnect. Will this be done by deep packet inspection (in short, making a civil company act as an unofficial and invasive police branch), or upon receipt of a letter, such as DMCA, or by court order?
