In opera, there are checkboxes for security for
SSL 3.0
TLS 1
TLS 1.1
TLS 1.2

If I uncheck everything except tls 1.2, then neither https://www.amazon.com nor https://www.paypal.com will load. However if I check both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2, both work. Though a large bank site doesn't.
