Is there a technology available to do such a thing? If so, I think it would be a HUGELY successful piece of equipment.

Sometimes I think businesses allow their employees free reign on social networks so they can test how good of a person/employee they truly are. With times associated with each post, it's not hard for an employer to see if an employee is cheating them. Facebook's recent move to enhance limited viewing might deter that, of course...
