It is a challenge reformatting for mobile devices. We took our most popular pages/sections and converted them. Kind of the 80-20 rule. We have over 250,000 pages. I'd say we converted about 150,000 pages to mobile. But we have a custom CMS which makes mass changes a bit easier. :-)

My advice: make sure you only redirect to mobile pages that map. Don't send folks to a page that isn't what they were expecting, or default send folks to your mobile homepage if they are expecting a detail page. It is not good for the user experience.
