So I have a friend who is having a web app programmed on a VPS server with a plesk panel. I registered the domains for him and am trying to point the domains to the server, and the company tells us that Plesk generates the nameservers (NSs) for the sites.

Okay, I log in and see that the NSs are ns{1|2}.domain.com. Is this not a recursion problem? In our domain panel there are no possibilities for entering...

ns.domain.com 82.123.456.789

...which is the only thing I can think of. So I'm stuck telling it to set the nameservers for domain.com to ns{1|2}.domain.com which does not work.

Any ideas?
