Are there any sure fire ways to protect the content of a page, more specifically an image?

Have installed the "no right click" javascript snippet but its easy to get round that.

Either view source and find the URL to the image and paste that into another browser or go to file > save page as > webpage complete and you get everything including images there.

How do you guys protect your content?
