Sounds like the Trusted Feed program that everyone was offering but is now really only offered through Overture Site Match Xchange.

It can be useful if you have deep content that is otherwise not being indexed or haven't done the onpage optimization.

Pricing is per click depending on the category and there may be a cost assocaited with building the feed.
