Thanks for the quick response! We signed up directly through Overture's website (likely via a yahoo link). We have been contacting overture for the past week every 2 days requesting the inclusion and stalled each time we call. The technicians claim it is because of some bug on Yahoo's end that removed paying customers from the serps, while leaving non-paying customers in the index... Thats what he said word for word so I'm not trying to inspire a conspiracy. Also each rep continues to say due to the youth of this program the 4 day timeline will not be honored. Just concerning because we are paying overture for paid inclusions for their PPC setup, but no where in the yahoo engine, even after paying the Site Match campaign. We are in every other search engine with decent positioning for our site as a free listing, just not Yahoo. So we have no idea how to proceed, plus now Overture has our money, and we have 0 results..
