Read a few of the other threads in this forum and you'll figure it out.
I think you got stuck in the middle. We were with Netsol for almost a year and got orphaned out to positiontech. Like you said, the first day or two the link was not working (when I e-mailed netsol about it the cow was already out o d' barn and all I got was a nonsense form response), but now it seems to be working. You can also go directly to positiontech home page and log in with your old password or type in your Netsol pw and ask for it to send you a password which worked for me.
As far as having the PFId URL listed, we had the same problem since the day they transferred, we disappeared off the face of Inktomi. Once I got in to my new PT account I noticed they hadn't been "refreshed" (spidered I guess) since 2/25. So much for every other day. Doesn't anyone deliver what they promise anymore? I wrote just today to PT but haven't heard back yet. I plan on switching my Ink PFI listings to Lycos submit as soon as they run out at Netsol/PT.
