Can someone explain to me what's up with MSN's Featured Sites listings and program? I've got 4 competitors suddenly showing up in most of my main keywords as featured sites yet I know there is no way they can afford the minimum spend that I thought was required for the that section.

In the past we've decided not to use that program, not because we couldn't afford it but because none of our competitors could. So by virtue of us having the #1 position on Overture we were showing up high on the page. Now of course we're effectively #5.

Any can to offer an explanation or point me to something I've missed?
