Normally I would: 2) Go to PT and substitute the new path in place of the old one, which they let you do as long as it's on the same site. Any better advice? I can't take another set of lost pages ...
Ergh. I want to change some directory names on a site that has some PFI pages. In the past, I've been burned badly in INK because I did nothing more than implemented 301's from old paths to new, in the same site. Because it was just the same page being moved, it seems that INK at times makes the mistake of seeing this as dup pages, and kills 'em.
1) Move the page to the new location, take the old one down, and do a 301 from the old to the new URL.
