My current Alta algo notebook (that is working)

title 5 words. 1 keyword and four "fluff" words. No more than 50 characters and no less than 20.

Meta desc: 1 keyword used three times. (stem it once - boats or boat). No less than 90 chars, and no more than 150. No funky chars or tricks in the desc. End your desc with ... (thats space dot dot dot ...)

Meta key. Use it twice and forget about it. (five words total and no need for anything over 100 chars).

url. use your kw once in the file name or path.

header. Use your kw once in a h1 heading at the top of the page.

body. Use your kw once in the first sentence (first word), and then no more than 7% of the remaining body.

use 3 paragraphs with true (p) tags.
Use your kw once in bold in a true sentence, and use it once in an italic.
no javascript.
no frames.
no tricks.
menus and frill links to a minimum.
have atleats two offsite links to quality sites on the page.
body of the page as high as possible in the html.
alt tags - ignored.
linkage. Two levels of boostage : one at 250 links and one at 1000 links.

If it looks like an adult word - it *is* an adult word (becareful).
