I am experienced with PPC - ROI calculations but I am new to this concept

Does to $39 submission fee apply to EACH single page I submit? How much traffic should I expect for one page?
Will it remain listed "etarnally"?

Under what searches will my page appear? Does the $39 guarantee any ranking at all, or is there a spidering "algorhythym" involved?

In short - It seems quite expensive and with lesser control than PPC - as For each $39 - I'd need a few hundred clicks to justify the expense. is there a "textbook" paid-inclusion strategy?
