Are you saying that both of the sites are ranked lower than you'd like, or just that the url is incorrect/different?
Inktomi doesn't obey 301 redirects. You could use cloaking to deliver a 404 to Slurp if it hits the wrong URL. But, I don't think the duplicate pages should hurt you.
