I don't know whether this has been noticed and commented on before but it looks like MSN rolled out a search toolbar of their own and it appears to be remarkably similar to Google's, including the highlight tool as well as a pop up blocker.

The text link, "Download MSN Toolbar!" appears right next to the search button on their search page. Here is the dirct link however I am not sure whether it is permissible: [toolbar.msn.com...]
